Background[]

She was a regular CIA agent for many years of her life, working mostly with domestic issues. Upon the appearance of Contractors and Dolls with the appearance of the Hell's Gate in Tokyo, Congress created a new branch of the CIA devoted to research the phenomenon as well as to protect the nation from dangerous Contractors both domestic and abroad. To lead this organization, April was chosen due to her wits and skills.

Appearance[]

Personality[]

April is generally overbearing, if not crude, toward those around her, rarely afraid to speak her mind. April does have a caring side, however, and is not above showing concern for others. She seems to value peace, as she questioned the reasoning of starting a war with Contractors. She is a very serious and pragmatic person who often puts up with her subordinates's silly antics, however, she is extremely respectful of her subordinates and does what she can to secure their safety on missions. She is almost always carrying a heavy book.

In her free time, she likes to go shopping, but even more to read, and often visits the Library of Congress. April is known to be an excellent calculator, a skill very handy, given that she has to do even most of her organization's important paperwork and reports.
